Question by same-o-lame-o: What steps do I need to take to keep my skin, hair, and body healthy?
I am 22 years old and am beginning to feel it. I have always been very careless about using skin creams and taking vitamins. I’ve been blessed with good skin and have not been sick too often, despite the fact that I eat horribly and rarely exercise. But I fear it is finally catching up with me and I need to know what I need to do to keep myself healthy, strong and energized. I have a two year old who needs me

lots of water, a multivitamin, and fresh fruits and vegetables, will put you on the right track and give you the energy you need
